Another first

Managed to knock out some half decent vegan cup cakes this evening. These were the best of my second attempt as the first lot didn't rise very well. I have never iced anything  before either - although you can probably tell that ;) 

I am hoping that my Jain colleague appreciates the effort it has taken to ensure she has.an eggless cupcake tomorrow. Everyone else can have the fancy shop bought ones that I've ordered and probably sigh with relief! 

Feeling accomplished! ;)
