Even more driving today when I visited Mum in Cheltenham.  Both the gantry signs and Radio 2 were telling me that there were long delays on the M42 so I came off at J11, looked at the map and decided on a cross-country route... which wasn't too bad but of course took longer than a clear M42 would have.

This evening I gave blood, apparently for the 30th time.
