Caught up

Spotted caught in the trees in a cold, sunny and frosty Pilrig Park as I made my way home after a session with the PT.

In the afternoon we had a visit from IZ, R's mother. It was great to catch up with her.

Much later on I headed into town for a lecture and dinner. I met Ridgeback13 on the street, who claimed she didn't recognise me any more! Something to do with me walking straight rather than limping from side to side.

First late night in a while. I'm getting there.
