The Night Hunter

It's been a miserable and cold day upon the hill, so I've spent much of the day working in front of the fire. 30deg C yesterday, 10 degrees C today. Bloody crazy I'd say.

So with little energy, or time, to go blip hunting, I thought I'd leave the hunting to Polly. So here she is in the half light of the studio, her eyes on something unmentionable no doubt...

Another shot for Mono Month, again choosing my vintage Super Takumar 55mm f/1.8 lens, this time at f/2. My favourite lens for pet portraits, although manual focus doesn't make it the easiest to use! Acros simulation JPEG straight out the camera, cropped and vignetted.
