Wide Angle Wednesday : Purples

Once upon a time, long ago, a little girl pleaded with her daddy... "Please, daddy, can I have a purple bedroom?" 

And like a mad fool I agreed and made it so. The years went by and everyone realised that dark purple bedrooms are not great for working in. And eventually the purple bedroom was covered in posters and pictures and pinups. And then the girl went to university.

Well, eventually I had to bite the bullet. I have removed a million thumb tacks and enough blue tack to sink a small dingy. Soon, the many coats of primer and then some more. I wonder if it will ever be anything other than whiter shades of purple...
