A Bit of Something

I found out more about the macro competition coming up soon at one camera club. We have to provide up to 10 macro images plus their full wider angled pic showing the whole thing. I think the idea is to guess the object and the more you get right the better. I'll have a chat to sometime tomorrow evening about it.

So now I'm looking around for suitable objects that might be a bit difficult to guess. Spotted this one in the cupboard - do you think it's too obvious? I've got a few weeks to get the head working!
