Colours of the spring

Although it is very cold and breezy today, the sun is out and the colours of spring are in our front garden.

Hubby is back from his conference with presents of lemon curd and sweeties! He enjoyed the fruit cake that I made while he was away with a cup of tea on his return and even ate the edge bit of the cake which son and I thought was rather dry on our slices and threw in the bin!! Next time I will try cooking the cake without using the fan setting and see if that helps :-)
