Lines and Curves

The journey to Hull passed quickly and we soon arrived at Princes dock having eventually located a car park. SAT navs are really useful but somehow the last mile involves reference to the turning in 500 m, well how an you easily judge that ? Anyway eventually parked and had a look round the city centre, enjoyed lunch and visited the library.
The architecture is impressive, particularly the museums and galleries in the centre.
This shows The Blade, an installation in the city centre, linked with city of culture. I tried to take an interesting angle, using black and white to emphasise the shape and the lines of the blade in contrast to the lines of the 19th century buildings in the locality.
