Back to blue skies

After a rainy morning the sun came out and the blue skies returned. We went down to the Point at lunchtime. Mike ate his roll while I braved the wind and cold and took a few photos although the wind made it difficult to hold the camera still.
The lighthouse was looking very white against the sky and the little house next door has recently had a lot of work done and looking much smarter.
Mike had his haircut later so I went to Avoch too and sat in the car and read a bit of my new book by Sir John Lister Kaye who owns Aigas. It's all about a year in the Highlands so really interesting although I kept getting distracted by the gulls outside that were hovering in the wind.

News on my shoes, I now have my money back :)
