Happy

Feel happy this evening. Tired but happy. Maybe it's the cava, combined with only managing about 4 hours of sleep every night at the moment, which is making me delirious. But I do feel happy. Happy that I'm making changes, even though it's hard, and that I'm starting to understand, and accept, myself a bit more. It's funny how when you feel like an alien but are brave and open up, you discover that you're not alone at all.
