Post box

I have often seen post boxes like this built into walls at the side of the road, but this one is built into its own personal brick pillar.  I'm not sure why they didn't just use a free-standing pillar box.

However, I like the way nature is trying to reclaim the space.

I spent the day at a major regional inter-club photographic print competition.  Our club did not do well this year among those clubs competing, but as the vast majority of clubs in the region didn't even compete we have nothing to be ashamed of.
