On the Radio again!

It's becoming a regular thing now, not frequent but every 2-3 months BBC Radio Gloucestershire ask us to go on since the Kidney transplant.
Mark Cummings, the breakfast presenter, has taken to calling us 'The Kidney Couple' or, because of my accent, 'Ant & Dec's grandads'! 
It's great fun and he gets us involved in all of the topics he is covering during the two hours. Ian had to leave at 0815 this morning as he had to go to get his blood tested to check his kidney function levels etc.

I did manage to get a plug in about the 500 mile motorbike ride in June and they said I could post it on the BBC website, which was very kind of them. https://www.facebook.com/bbcgloucestershire/posts/1413897568671041

The only problem I've got is trying to get a photo of Ian while he is not moving about, hence he is not in focus!
