Tombstone Rose

One of the reasons I love early spring is that the Tombstone roses are in bloom.  They fall across the wall shared with my neighbor.  Tombstone roses are different than what most people envision when they hear 'rose'.  They grow on a bushy vine and in clusters.  They can be seen used across trellises, or in this case, cascading along our wall.
Pretty framed in black.

The weather has really heated up, hanging around 92°/33° all week. And it's getting very dry with the humidity averaging 10%. Buds are popping up on the cactus and the pollen, especially trees, is pervasive.  All is wonderful, except the sneezing and cracking skin!
