Salmon pink rose

I do love the pattern of rose petals and thought this close-up capture of the beautiful salmon pink rose in my bouquet would be apt to  remind you that tomorrow's Abstract Thursday's optional theme is 'patterns' , its tag is AT90 !

In other news the Dutch polling stations for the votes for our national government are almost closing, and then we'll have a tense night waiting for the results. So hoping we'll not have to live with an intolerant xenophobe party as the biggest one for the next 4 years, even if the biggest within the whole range of 28 parties to choose from can never be the voice of the majority of the Dutch people. It was kind of nice to be able to vote after 17 years of living abroad. See the extra for the Dutch rules of voting :-)
