March madness begins....

This is the eve of March Madness which is a crazy US basketball tournament and schedule. It runs March 16 to the end of the month with 14 hours of basketball starting tomorrow. We will be in Florida the last week of March so will be swept up in following the finals i am sure. Extremely busy day at work and a great long lunch break walk with a very good friend, whom i rarely get to see. She is a hiker who has recently taken up running so lots to talk about! Up in cottage country there is the Butter Tart Festival annually on a Saturday and the Butter Tart run is on the Sunday. She and her sister have been talking about doing it for years and are finally following through. I directed her to what works for us, the Pose running method, check it out in the most amazing book 'Born to Run', i highly, highly recommend it, even if your aren't an athlete...it is fascinating!
