Snowday

It snowed on and off all day, this non-descript view is when the train doors opened at the station before mine. It is nice to see daylight when coming home in the evening but not the big fat snowflakes that were falling...we are done with winter. Off to teach spin class tonight with my new fitness heart rate monitor. Super cool to calculate the heart rate zones for me age and then see where i fall. After reading the fabulous book 'Younger Next Year' we now know how important it is to train safely in the correct zones.
