Taking shelter

IsleMum picked me up and we headed to Munros Garden Centre where we parked and decided to take a risk and go for a walk in the woods. The forecast was nt very promising but we were lucky and the trees provided a good shelter from the rain/sleet.
It was a lovely walk and we had a good natter as young pup explored anything wet and smelly.
We came out of the woods on to a little road that lead to a house one way and fields the other way. Some of these horses were also taking shelter from the rain.
We popped young pup in the car for a rest and we went to the garden centre for lunch. We had a very tasty courgette and Parmesan soup with oat cakes and a cup of tea. We were naughty and had a Creme egg truffle which we shared. It was a whole creme egg covered in a sort of biscuit and coconut with chocolate.
I got back in before heavy sleat showers, almost snow, which passed bringing sunshine and then quickly returning to showers, this continued all afternoon and it was soo dark at times we had to turn the lights on!
