Springtime with wintry wind

Arrived in the Midlands just ahead of the rain in time to grab these pics at Barton Marina. Before heading to my sister's for a few nights we enjoyed a blipmeet with cream tea at the marina with orchid99. Last time we met was in the warmth of Madeira; today it was a warm escape from a sharp wind that soon brought rain. Now about to take a bread knife to her lovely homebaked loaf ... Thank you, orchid!
