A Favourite Pudding

It seems quite appropriate that I should be using an emergency Blip today. The Community Blog has an article today on Blipblock and there are already some brilliant suggestions from members.

I was prompted to prepare a special pudding after being served apple and blackberry cobbler while away last week. This is a plum cobbler which I prepared and cooked while the roast was In the oven. It is a firm favourite with a certain other person I live with!
