Niagara on the Lake

A rather beautiful and unexpected spell of sunshine this afternoon topped off a great morning at Niagara Falls with my colleagues. I've only ever seen the falls in the summer, so to see the surroundings covered in snow and ice was a real treat even if it was a bit dull and overcast this morning.
After lunch at a nice Italian restaurant Björn and I drove back via Niagara on the lake and the clouds disappeared leaving blue skies and sunshine. We had a walk down by the lake and it was beautiful.
Back to the hotel for a quick nap before dinner and then another earlyish night. None of us slept well last night, so hoping it's better tonight as tomorrow we have to work :(
