Montana De Roja

Today we decided to walk to the top of Montana de Roja (The Red Mountain) which is a defunct volcano crater that towers over Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

The views from the top were fabulous as was the weather. Sunny with a cooling breeze - ideal for walking.

It's our last day here as we fly home tomorrow. We're off out tonight for a farewell meal. It's been a lovely week in good company and nice to be invited over.
