Another Droplet Day

One good thing about the almost daily mizzle is the opportunity to practise droplet shots. The only drawback is that my camera that is best for the job gives grainy images at above ISO 400. Today was too dark to go lower. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the Fuchsia shot because I had to go to ISO 800 to get anything at all.

The extra shot is a second attempt at the fennel and marigold image I blipped a week ago. Then the sun was shining and everything was sparkly. The droplets mainly sat on top of the buds. Today they were hanging and there were just a few reflections of the cloudy sky.
