Oscar

Today, I went to visit with Oscar Perez -- the art restorer who has been cleaning and stabilizing an antique still life painting for me.  He called yesterday to let me know it was ready.

He did a terrific job -- much better than this terrible image would have you believe, with all the glare from the overhead lights picking up on the craquelure on the canvas!  I've added an extra which does a little better at showing Oscar's work.

Hard to believe this gentleman is 93 years old, isn't it!
