A favorite place

There is a wee loft in my island studio used for overflow sleeping......and a getaway nap/place-to-read for me!   Reached by a ladder, it overlooks the messy stuff below.  I love it and am in this spot right now uploading the blip from my iPad.

Our friends and we had another good walk and talk, prepared her driftwood piece for her project and decided we needed more downtime before I light the sauna.   Leftovers for dinner later.  Cloudy and windy but not raining...
