Lantana

The lantana never really died back this winter, so there are new buds and flowers on it already. Everything is still dusted with the pollen from the pine trees. It should be over soon.

I tried taking a picture of the Cecile Brunner roses. There is such a mass of flowers it is hard to isolate them and make it interesting. The smell is divine. 

I am grateful for the beginnings of flowers that have been with me through the year.
