Happy Birthday, Tim

Tim came up today to deliver Olive who will stay with us for the week while he and Joni and the kids go to Los Angeles to visit his brother Matt and family. His birthday is actually tomorrow, but we gathered sister Dana and her family for a barbecue birthday lunch.  OilMan thought there could be no better birthday present than a case of  different "big" beers!

When you were born, Tim,  you were six weeks early and I could have fit you in a shoebox.
Now you are the tallest in the family.
When we brought you home from the hospital your brother had the chicken pox and you are the one who was quarantined.
You are the one who always agreed to do things we asked you to do without arguing.
You  were so pleasant about it that it was often days before we realized that you never did it.
You are the one who always got caught.
You have an anklebone that cracks when you climb stairs, so I always knew who was sneaking in in the wee, small hours of the morning.
I love that you borrow books from our "library"
And you always return them.
You still have just one dimple....
We love you....
We'll take good care of Olive this week...have a good holiday....
