PAINTING WHILE TALKING

Listening goes well

TIPS FOR NAPOWRIMO.

1. If rhyme and meter seem daunting, try your hand at haiku. Three lines, often with a nature metaphor and/or reference to the season. My favorite kind is 17 syllables, 5-7-5. Examples at tinywords.com.

2. There's no shame in using a rhyming dictionary! I like Merriam-Webster's, but there are many available. Recently I was writing a birthday poem for a friend and found "succès fou"!
