Rubble

As they take down the monstrosity that is the St James Centre we see lovely views of more sympathetic architecture that has been hidden for years.

My day involved planning an event for next October, reviewing a draft grant proposal, counselling an undergraduate student on the edge of tears, reviewing a draft journal article, supervising a PhD student, and helping to plan the University's research strategy.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, walk to work, walk to Craiglockhart campus, walk home from Chambers Street after a lift from BP (17,188 steps).
