Outside the library

A couple of weeks ago, I first noticed this painted electronics box outside the Point Chevalier library. Today, being preoccupied with Council reading and other inside tasks, it became late in the evening before I started to think about a blip. My first thought was to go to Western Springs Lake. On the way there, I decided instead to carry on the extra couple of kilometres to Pt Chev shops and take this photo.
