Whats On My Plate!

What a great initiative from Blip Central.  A monthly theme over the first week of the month for the entire community.

So for starters this month the theme is "Whats on Our Plate".  I can't wait to head over to the TAG and check out what's been on other blipper's plates around the world.

On our plate at Petalura in Mount Victoria today:

Atlantic salmon and smoked trout fish cakes with a side of dill and caper sauce served with a dressed seasonal salad.  


And it was delicious :-)
