Maturing

Compared to this, our garden is really maturing.  The yellow magnolia is teasing us - not yet QUITE out; I've been waiting to blip it.  This evening it is even more open than when I took the photo - hopefully by tomorrow it will be blipworthy!

We spent yet more money at the garden centre today, buying plants mainly for the trellis you see in the foreground - a rose and a winter flowering jasmine - along with some perennials and shrubs.
