Pancakes...

I've traditionally had an issue with pancake making.  Turns out my issue has been the tools.  Specifically, the frying pan.  I don't think it's really all that non-stick anymore.

Our last couple of batches have been done on my old camping frying pan.  It's not been heavily used in it's lifetime so still is industrial strength dupontish non stick.
