Happy Birthday to me! Worked all day today but out tonight for a meal in Silsden with mum, MrsB and J. Tomorrow taking the day off though and we are staying the night in a riverside B&B in Grassington with free fly fishing on the Wharfe. Sounds like heaven!

Picture is of the rum-soaked raspberry and cream cake called Pan di Spagna as made by MrsB and J, and based on the Italian Sponge recipe in the Two Greedy Italians Cookbook by Antonio Carluccio and Genarro Contaldo. Mmm they are certainly in my good books.

I was wondering why MrsB had hidden the Baccardi from me yesterday.

Think it might be a bit light on the candles though.
