New place to visit

A day out with a child under two could go either way, it worked out well and we all had lots of fun.

Claire and I had arranged to spend the day with Jo, Si and little Esther. We decided to go to our local Vineyard which has recently opened up a little nature park which they are calling a Zoo, it is still building in size and exhibits but it was truly enjoyable.

They are geared up for protecting rescued and endangered animals which was really nice to see.

I think I enjoyed it so much because you can get so close to the animals and you can even go in some of the enclosures. The staff too were great with very good knowledge of their counterparts and were so very friendly.

We will definitely be returning at some point.

Si then treated us to lunch at the Vine in Wombourne which was splendid, cheers dude :)

First great day to the long weekend and the day is not over, Claire and I are going out to Birmingham to meet up with our mates for a birthday bash this evening.
