Easter Sunday morning

A short walk after breakfast, otherwise the day so far has been spent at my Mum in Law's and Aunty in Law's.

We have been having interesting conversations with the carers. The oldest client on the round is a chap of 104 who did the London marathon last year. But most are nowhere near as lucky. And the lives of the poor and the well off are very different. In my Mum in Law's case, thank goodness for the miners pension scheme. There are quite a few old folk who are afraid to put the heating on, at least my Mum in Law can stay warm. Although we have lots of debates about it being too cold and then too hot.

We may need another breath of fresh air soon.
