A dirty Job Indeed!

Spurred on by the satisfaction of a tidy loft, we decided to finally deal with the conservatory roof.  It joins onto the end of bungalow roof and is a double skin of slightly corrugated plastic panels.  Over the last year (and possibly befopre we moved in) lots of moss has been blown or rained off the roof onto the conservatory roof.  So M got out steps, a hose and a telescopic brush and after some swearing and getting wet, he finally managed to complete the task.  We filled almost half our garden waste bin with all of the debris and then he had to scrub the stained areas with the brush.  The conservatory is much lighter now that the roof is clean, it's amazing how much of a difference it makes.  Then, of course we had to clean all the glass, it was all streaked where the water had run down the windows.  We slept well that night!
