Iconic

I make no excuse for having blipped both of my subjects today very recently as both are real icons of the hedgerows and roadside verges in West Sussex where I live. 
My extra, the Early perple orchids are really at their best at the moment, and doing really well on their roadside verge as you can see. I feel so privileged to be able to roll around on the road and photograph them, and really blessed by their amazing beauty. 
The Orange tip, (my main blip) is simply one of my favorite butterflies, so well camouflaged and yet so showy a real masterpiece - and so friendly too!
