Hiding

Sun and shadows paint the world in springtime's lushest scenery,
while Baby Blackbird hides herself among the leafy greenery.
She's waiting for the yellow flash of Father's beak and food,
patiently delivered to the shyest of his brood.

The juvenile's father appears in my Extra. I've actually no idea of the gender of the baby I've blipped, but applied poetic licence to my ditty.
