Spanish Comfort Food

No 2 in the menus my husband has devised in keeping with this week's theme of 'COMFORT FOOD'.  A big delicious Le Creuset pot of stew - definitely comfort food.. Chicken, chorizo, potatoes, sundried tomatoes, coriander, garlic, parsley, olives and coconut oil and probably a few other things I can't remember.  And a bottle of South African Pinotage (to get us in the mood for a forthcoming holiday). And such a big pot we get to eat it again the day after tomorrow.

PS fennel and onions too.
