Italian Comfort Food

No 3 in the 'Comfort Food' series. My husband has excelled himself.  Pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto, on a bed of tomato, beans, herbs & "an insane amount of" garlic (& probably other things I have forgotten), with garlic bread and a bottle of Stellenbosch ( to keep us in the mood for our forthcoming holiday).  

It was delicious and very warming. And there are leftovers so we can try it again.
