Morning harbour

Same harbour as last evening's blip, but a very different mood. The tide is rising, the firth is whipping up in a north-westerly wind, clouds whisk past dumping brief flurries of hail before heading south. Where all was dark is now vibrant blues and greens and the sun is shining.

It looks like a typical spring day, but it feels like winter still. 7ºC with a biting wind makes it more like a February morning. Even the sun makes little impression. And for us it's time to head home to the west...
