My Silver Medal

This FIAP (or Federation Internationale de l'Art Photographique} medal arrived in the post this morning - its really lovely and I'm feeling very proud (and very lucky) to receive recognition on the international stage......the image.  

Busy morning, had our craft group here, lots of chatter, lots of eating.....the cake (mentioned yesterday) was a success thankfully.

Would you believe it, our temperatures today have been so hot, reaching 25 deg, phew....kind of knocked me out this afternoon and had to have a nana nap!
