MonoMonday: Serendipity

This really was serendipity....so much so that I turned and shot before I had changed the settings on my camera to do the f8 and Be There challenge.  I really liked the shot better than any of my f8 shots so it is my main blip today.  After this I set the camera (in aperture priority) to f8, ISO 800 and the camera chose 1/800 for my extra image.  As we were walking I saw these high stalks (weeds?) along the side of the trail and snapped this as we went by.  I like the way it turned out :-)  Many thanks to SkiMe for this interesting theme and for hosting MonoMondays this month!
