Gyros @ Last Exit D89

Stayed home all morning getting on with things, and then went out when G got back... first to drop the Volvo off to have its rear brake pads fixed amongst other things(!).

And then, as we weren't too far from it, I wanted to check out the area where we had last Sunday's BBQ, which turned out not to be a BBQ as it got left behind in G's car. We were parked up next to these massive structures which looked very protected. I later found out they were reservoirs. It's amazing how different things look in daylight.

Stopped at the Last Exit D89 - mainly for spice tea, but ended up checking out their Greek food truck, which wasn't opened on our first visit. The food was good but presentation not. Anyway, the evening was most pleasant. Not humid, and just the right level of warmth. Glad we ate out, and it was lovely to see families out on a week night enjoying it all.

And tonight, I secured the services of a web copywriter! :)
