An Arch at the top of Platanias

Today we walked along to Platanias, the next town along the coast.
The old quarter of Platanias sits on a hill with lovely views over the "new" town, the sea, and the island of Ayii Theodori. If there is a hill my tendency is to walk up it! Fortunately Jan felt the same way so up we went! We  paused on the way up for a beer and bite to eat in a cafe with great views from theirterrace (see extra).
Almost at the very top of the hill we found this ruin. The arch is of dressed stone fitted together and still stands even when most of the rest of the building has fallen. There was something I really liked about this arch leading up to the blue sky above.
Wifi here is restricted to the restaurant as we eat dinner, and we are sharing the computer, so feedback and comments is going to be very restricted. Sorry!
