Sunday - Last day in Berlin

This morning we had were meeting Andi for breakfast at Molinari at 11 am.
We managed to squeeze in a quick walk over the Flohmarkt, although the stalls were still setting up. Berliners are no early birds ;)
After a lovely breakfast of scrambled eggs and a good catch up with Andi we were ready to get out. Neil was still a bit *meh* - I blame the strong medication, but we finally decided to go to the Flohmarkt at Arkona Platz before we hit our favourite Sunday spot, the Mauerpark.
The market at Arkona Platz is one of the nicest Flea markets in Berlin. A lot of good quality stuff and you can still get a bargain! Great combination.
I got some small vintage kitchen gadgets and tools - from the 1920 - 1960 ies - I love this stuff!!!
Then Neil noticed a 1950-ies original foldable tea trolley that was in great shape! A few minutes later it was ours. We thought its a great piece of furniture for our wee flat, that can be folded away or pulled out when needed.
Armed with our new piece of furniture we made our way to the Mauerpark. It's just a short walk from Arkona Platz. It was less busy then last week although it was warm and sunny.
We fancied a glass of wine/beer in the sunshine. Neil found a bench and we could posh-ly fold up our own table in front of us, which received some attention :)
We actually had two conversations triggered by the trolley. Both people who are having one or two of those sought after vintage pieces :)
Who had expected that?
After 2 wine/beers, a Bratwurst for Neil and a vegan coconut cake we packed our table and moved on.
Next stop was at the Photo Automat at Mauerpark.
It was busy and loads of people queuing - see blip. But we could not resist ;)
We then went to Bämeräng for a coffee or two trying to make up our mind what we would do for dinner.
We finally decided to try another Italian Restaurant in our Kiez and went there. Still with the tea trolley of course.
After a lovely meal with some more wine we went home.

That was our last day in Berlin - Tomorrow - Monday we will be home in Glasgow again.
