A dining room view

I never take photos that are shot from the kitchen looking into the dining room.  Why I don't know!?   I have a great old mirror, an antique sideboard/buffet with  too much stuff but it probably would make some great still life photos if I dressed it up a bit and moved things around.     So a creative project in mind for those days when nothing else jumps out at me.   

I need to find blips in the house anyway as our temperatures are soaring as it is above 90F (34C) today.   You won't find me outside except early in the morning or later after the sun goes down.   I really don't like summer in the south.
