Air Puppet

When I took Nevada (visit blipfolio, cursor on blip, then click for next blip) for his walk early this evening, tonight's Dad's Club meeting at Rosa Parks Elementary School was being advertised by this cavorting air puppet.

Air puppets only have one "leg", unlike Wind Dancers which have two!
