Tube Life

In London today for a conference about the church's response to those living with dementia. Interesting and thought- provoking but necessitated a very early start.

The meeting was at the Westminster Archives building on St Ann's St just round the corner from Westminster Abbey. My friend,Sarah and I called in at a great cafe opposite Church House on Gt Smith St called The Wash House. No prizes for guessing what it used to be. The archives building was built on the site of the old swimming pool. We only had a drink but the restaurant was spacious, the menu was varied and the food preparation activities al looked good. I will remember it for a future Blipmeet meeting place! Do try it if you are in the area as it is a community facility that seemed to deserve support.

It's been very hot in London and I was intrigued by the variety of outfits sported by these three on the Tube back to Euston .

Quick stop off at home then off up the Motorway!
