Racing at Emerald Downs

Had a great day with Nora, Paul and Cathy. We went to a day of racing at Emerald Downs. Nora packed a lunch and we got there early so we got the best table, right above the finish line. There were seven races and the minimum bet was $2.00. We were big spenders and bet the minimum. None of us made money but we all kept winning enough to keep our expenses at a minimum. It was playful and fun. It was a gorgeous day, warm and sunny. Our table was in the shade the whole day. Very nice indeed. Nora and I stopped for dinner out on the way home.
